Mango Pudding with a cherry and some milk (or cream. I don’t even know)
Blahblah. I’m lactose. Yes, I got sick after eating this but I don’t care, it’s delicious :P
My parents and I went to try out a new restaurant. It was so-so. Food was alright but the service wasn’t so great. We had to ask four times until they actually brought out the pudding.

We went to a cheese factory in Parma and one room of the factory was just shelves and shelves of cheese. It was awesome.

First cooking class: Venice!
We had a Boys vs. Girls type thing and we had to make appetizers which were cheese skewers (phillo dough cheese and olives, or cheese and sausage with mustard), salami cones with ricotta, salmon tartare, and cheese dip with belga salad. We also made “Bishop Caps” pasta. The girls one for pasta, and the boys one for appetizers. (sorry about the bad quality photos)

Hey, James here! So I am going on a trip to Italy with the Culinary Arts program at my school (I’m not in the program, but I’m going anyway) So we’re going to be visiting different places in Italy and getting some cooking lessons and stuff. And I’ll be sure to take pictures of all of my food to share with you guys when I get back! So you all have something to look forward to! But ciao for now!

James and I have been pretty busy lately and its been hectic with all these assignments we have!
James will be away on an Italy trip! Hopefully he’ll bring back some pictures of delicious food for us :)
